Corrective Exercise

Generally speaking, corrections made using force won't hold as well as those using finesse.

Forceful corrections/manipulations don't require the body's permission or cooperation. This can be an important distinction.

Corrective exercise has been a big part of my practice for 37 years. However, I only assign exercises based on movement and postural patterns I have already corrected as a reinforcement.
