About Tina

As a qualified physiotherapist professional, Tina has operated internationally for over 37 years specialising in sports injuries, physical trauma recovery, pain management, holistic well-being, and rehabilitation.

Tina was selected as the physiotherapist for the GB sports acrobatics team which she supported whilst travelling globally for 5 years. She also competed in acrobatic gymnastics herself, representing Great Britain as part of a women's trio with two different partnerships on numerous occasions.

With a wealth of physiotherapy experience in many clinics and doctors’ practices both in the UK and the South of France, Tina subsequently opened her own practice in Ferndown, Dorset in 2020 before moving to her new clinic in Ringwood in April 2023.

She has a deep passion and professionalism for her physiotherapy work and is committed to providing the very best service to all her clients. This is expressed by the many testimonials she has received.

Her specialisms are functional movement patterns, spinal mobilisation, soft tissue massage, postural rehabilitation, and more recently the use of ‘k-laser’, a safe and non-invasive technique promoting the body’s reparative process.

With an in-depth understanding of the human body, Tina also sees the deep connection between mind and body and the effects one has upon another and this is why she has also now qualified as a 'Health & Wellness Consultant'.

A keen sportswoman herself, Tina keeps fit by playing squash, cycling, and swimming.  She also enjoys walking her springer spaniel 'Willow' on the beautiful Dorset coast.

Client Praise

Friendly professional service. Tina has extensive knowledge and was able to diagnosis and treat me.

I can honestly say the treatment has reduced my pain and discomfort, whilst improving my
mobility. I highly recommend anybody who needs physiotherapy to use Tina.
