Should I still exercise with an injury ?

When it comes to exercise, something is always better than nothing. Injuries don't mean you have to do nothing, you just need to train around them. There are usually alternatives so, try something new.

Waiting until your body is perfect to work out just leads to a lot of waiting around when you could be paying attention to the un-injured body parts.

Your body needs to be active !

I often see this in a certain sport whereby it is neither a passion nor pastime, but rather a compulsion.
