Spoiler alert for the young folks out there! All the overdoing it, poor lifting technique, inadequate rest and recovery, sloppy body mechanics, and lazy posture that you think you're getting away with because you "feel fine" -- you're not.
Just because something doesn't hurt doesn't mean you're escaping unscathed. Most of the above only become symptomatic after YEARS of doing them.
