Surgery.. is it really required ?




Surgery to fix your knee, hip, back, etc. is sometimes totally essential, but it typically fails to address the conditions that led to the problem in the first place.

Those restrictions, compensations, imbalances, habits, etc. are still there.

If surgery gets you out of pain and moving again, that's fantastic, but now the real work needs to begin to prevent future injury.

In the meantime, let's try to prevent the need for surgery in the first instance!
