Your body learns what you repeat. The nervous system adapts to repetition.
Whatever movement patterns you repeat most become the patterns your body trusts—not because they're correct, but because they're familiar.
Your body is constantly solving problems.
If one joint stops moving well, your nervous system finds another way.
Another strategy. Another route.
Over time, that strategy becomes your normal.
A limp becomes a walking pattern.
A protective movement becomes your posture.
A restriction becomes the way you move every day.
The good news? The nervous system can learn new patterns too.
With the right assessment and guidance, you can uncover why your body has adapted this way and begin to retrain healthier, more efficient movement.
If aches, stiffness or recurring injuries keep coming back, it may be time to look beyond the symptoms.
