Reduced shoulder movement ?

There are many areas on the body whereby a couple muscles may overlap, which may create adhesions.

One example is the coracobrachialis and the subscapularis of the shoulder.

When restricted, this can limit external rotation at the shoulder, restrict overhead motion, and even lead to issues with the biceps tendon.

This isn't a spot you can roll out yourself but I would use manual therapy to reduce adhesions.
