Our relationship with our body.

Our relationship with our body is important, especially when it comes to health and healing. Patience. respect and gratitude are key. For many though, this relationship looks less like a loving partnership and more like servitude.

Your body is not designed to be maintenance-free and if you expect it to do what you want, when you want, with little or no help then, you are probably heading into a dysfunctional state which could lead to injury.

Think about the daily time you spend being consciously mindful of your posture whilst being able to remain a functional and productive human being.

Here at Bodymattersmotion, the key values that we encourage within ourselves and our patients are the acceptance of individual responsibility, the pursuit of knowledge and the aspiration for freedom in all things in life.

So, I encourage you to move intentionally and not habitually !
